Welcome to the Sheltie Rescue of Utah website! Our website is intended to make it easier for us to provide you with the most up-to-date information on the Shelties and other breeds that are available through Sheltie Rescue. In addition, we will try to provide you with detailed information about each dog and their status. We hope you find our site easy to navigate, fun to visit, and educational.
Our Mission Statement
The mission of Sheltie Rescue of Utah is to rescue lost and discarded Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties), rehabilitate them physically and mentally, and to find new homes in which they will for the rest of their lives.
This site is still under construction. If something doesn't work correctly or is a problem, please let us know. We have changed our Application for Adoption in the hope that it's now relatively easy to fill out. We will be continuing to build and add information to this site over the next several months. This site has the most current information on our available dogs.

URGENT: SHELTIE LOST IN PLEASANT GROVE, UTAH!
A few days ago, Sheltie Rescue of Utah was contacted by a couple who live in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Their small Sheltie, Maxie (see following picture), had somehow gotten out of their backyard at 3569 N. 1450 West in Pleasant Grove. Because they're new in the neighborhood, Maxie doesn't know his way around. He's been missing since the morning of April 30, 2009.
Please keep your eyes open for this little guy. Maxie has been with his people for over ten years and they really miss him. If you happen to see a Sheltie who looks like Maxie, please contact his people! You can contact Lark at (801)318-4028 and Dennis at (801)318-3978.
Your feedback is important to us so:
Please go to our Guestbook or go to Contact Us and leave us your thoughts and comments.
We look forward to working with you!
